I’m interested in performing “Pledge Allegiance to the Lamb”. What size are the dowel rods used in the flagpole? What size and type of material is the flag?
The dowel rods used in the flagpole are 1 1/2" in diameter. One pole is slightly longer than the other. We used one 4' and one 3' dowel rod (which makes a 7' flagpole). You many want to consider the space you are performing in and adjust the size of the dowel rods accordingly. The flag was made out of unbleached muslin. It was 45" wide by 3' long. You will need to sew a rod pocket and make sure one end is closed.
